为了满足高档活塞异形外圆、环槽、顶面加工的需求,提升活塞品质,使其满足欧V、欧VI内燃机排放标准,一派数控设计开发了ECK2520系列数控活塞立式车床。该系列机床采用双立柱结构,搭载双Z轴、双X轴,可实现加工工序的集中;采用双通道数控系统可同时控制双向三轴联动,成倍地提高了加工效率;采用模块化设计,便于柔性组线,可根据不同加工要求选装功能部件。

In order to meet the need of machining non - circular, ring groove and top surface of high quality pistons, improve the quality of pistons, which can meet the Euro V or Euro VI emission standard of internal combustion engine, EPOCH designed and developed the series of ECK2520 CNC piston vertical lathe. This series of lathe adopt double column structure, with double Z axis and double X axis on it, centralized processing procedure. These machines adopt the double channel control system, which can realize that two processes progress at the same time, dramatically improve work efficiency. Modular design, according to the different processing requirements to install optional features, makes it easy and flexible to build production lines.
