戴望舒的诗歌创作经历了从关注个体情感到融入宏大历史书写的情感变迁:作者在少年的时期,将情感倾注于字词,以凝重的笔调、稚拙的手法,描绘出多愁善感的"少年人"形象,《旧锦囊》写尽了少年人的感伤和寂寥;震旦大学的革命经历使诗人认识到革命斗争本身的艰巨性,流血和死亡的震撼使1927年至1932年期间的他开始回避实际的政治斗争,对革命的热情逐渐冷淡,他将爱情作为诗歌创作的主要表现对象,《我的记忆》和《望舒草》写出了诗人与施绛年爱情中的喜悦和苦涩;抗战的爆发使他冲破了多年以来与政治和革命文艺运动的隔膜,此时的诗歌不再是纠缠于个人的小悲欢,而是表现出空前的爱国热情,《灾难的岁月》呈现了抗战时期作者的沉痛和悲愤。戴望舒的诗歌创作体现了他独特的情绪和现代知识分子隐秘的灵魂。
The emotional change of Dai Wangshu' s poems had experienced the shift from concern on individual emotion to the grand historical writing: in the period of youth, Dai Wangshu devoted emotions to words, with dignified tone and the unique approach, depicting a sentimental young man' s image, Old Kit, for example, wrote up sadness and loneliness of the writer; revolutionary experience in-Aurora University made the poet recognize the enormity of the revolutionary struggle, the shock of bloodshed and death made him begin to avoid real political struggle in 1927 - 1932, during which period his passion for the revolution, gradually cooled down and he regarded love as the main object of his poems. My Memory and Wang Shu Grass of this period wrote out joy and bitterness in Dai Wangshu and Shi Jiangnian' s love; the outbreak of war led him to break through the diaphragm between politics and revolutionary literary movement, and since then his poems no longer dwelt on personal joys and sorrows, instead he showed unprecedented patriotism in works such as Disastrous Years, which presented pain and indignation during the Anti-Japanese War. In a word, Dai Wangshu' s'creations reflected unique emotions and hidden soul of a modern intellectuals.
