城镇化工业化对成渝经济区中小企业发展的影响及对策

Research on the Influence of Urbanization and Industrialization on the Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone and Countermeasures

成渝经济区城镇化、工业化在不同的发展阶段对中小企业的发展有着不同影响。在城镇化高速发展的阶段,人们对物质需求的增加,能拉动消费,进而推动经济的发展。但是成渝经济区城镇化、工业化发展,也带来了一些尖锐的问题:环境的破坏,中小企业产业结构趋同缺乏创新力,产品竞争力弱等。对此,政府应充分发挥其职能,提高资源利用率,开拓中小企业的创新途径。

Small and medium-sized enterprises in Chengdu-Chongqing economic zone are under different influences at different stages of urbanization. Urbanization and industrialization will not work against small and medium enterprises on the whole. With the new economic environment replacing the existing unfair and inefficient system people＇ s material life are significantly improved and consumptions are pushed forward, thus＇ generating more rapid and sustained economic growth. But harsh problems are also brought forth： environmental disruption, homogeny in industrial structure and lack of innovation are hampering the further development of economy. The local governments should give full play to their administrative function, upgrade the utilization level of resources and enhance corporate innovation.
