Ghostwriting is a kind of abnormal social phenomenon and threatens the normal academic research , and destroys the proper academic order , which needs to be put in order .However , the ghostwriting phenomenon is a result of multi-factor, the governing of which must be based on a correct understanding of its causes .This paper analyzes the causes of ghostwriting with the help of psychology , sociology and economy , on the basis of which , we propose the multi-level countermeasures for fighting against ghostwriting .
