跨国企业经营战略与企业绩效关系的实证研究——以入驻苏州工业园区跨国企业为例

An Empirical Study on the Relationship between Business Strategy and Performance of Transnational Enterprises-A case study of multinational enterprises in SIP

跨国企业经营战略与经营绩效的关系是战略管理研究的重要课题之一。作为发展中国家,中国多年来已吸引数十万家跨国企业在各地设立分公司。这些跨国企业的经营状况备受政府、研究机构、境外投资者和企业自身的关注。研究从入驻苏州工业园区的跨国企业中随机抽取了120家企业作为样本进行问卷调查。利用描述性统计和回归分析的方法对跨国企业的探索型、防御型、分析型三种战略与企业量性及质性经营绩效之间的关系进行了实证检验,从而为跨国企业制定有效的经营战略提供了建议。

The relationship between business strategy and business performance is one of important topics in strategic management research.China, a developing country, has attracted hundreds of thousands of multina-tional enterprises to set up branches.Operating status of these multinational companies attracts attention from government, research institutions, foreign investors and enterprises themselves.In this research, 120 multina-tional enterprises were randomly selected as samples, which invested in Suzhou Industrial Park.The descriptive statistics and regression analysis were used to exam the existence of the close relationship between the protector strategy, defender strategy, analysis strategy and quantity and quality performance of multinational enterprises, in order to provide the suggestions for multinational enterprises to formulate effective business strategy.
