关于电影资产证券化问题的思考

Reflections on Securitization of Film Asset

电影产业具有典型的资金密集型特点,电影资产证券化进程在一定程度上决定了电影产业的发展水平。基于我国电影资产证券化业务的现状,分析现存的产业链、估值、风险机制等问题,提出促进电影资产证券化业务健康发展的对策建议。

The film industry is a typical capital-intensive industry.Therefore, the process of film asset securi-tization will determine the development level of the film industry to some extent.This paper analyzed the existing problems on industrial chain, valuation, risk mechanism, etc.based on the current situation of film asset secu-ritization and made some proposals to promote a sound development of film asset securitization.
