成人肠易激综合征自我管理效果评价

摘要 目的:评价自我管理项目组进行个体化饮食与常规护理组对IBS患者的疗效差别;方法:将受试的IBS患者随机分为自我管理项目组与常规护理组。鼓励患者增加纤维的摄入量。两组均完成食谱问卷调查,并记录基线值、6个月和12个月的症状日记。结果:以上两组患者均完成基线、6个月和12个月的随访调查。常规护理组纤维的摄入量基线值略高于自我管理项目组(P=0.035)。随访研究证实,随访12月时卡路里的摄入量较自我管理项目组明显减少(P=0.014)。UC组后续的纤维摄入量较基线值明显减少(P=0.006),但CSM组纤维摄入量显著增加(P=0.012)。CSM组IBS患者胃肠道症状相比UC组明显缓解。结论:改变膳食结构是治疗IBS一种很好的策略,饮食干预对改善IBS患者症状至关重要。
