摘要
减速式低速永磁同步电机(Ls-A-Pmsm)的气隙很小、定转子均为开口槽且为少槽配合、磁场沿轴向分布不均匀等特点导致其与普通永磁同步电机的起动过程不同.对李军等人以3D-FEM磁场及转矩计算得出的转矩特性为依据、采用简化的时步有限元法实现对起动过程的仿真模拟,采用同轴力矩测试台对其电机的起动过程进行实际测试,将实测结果与计算结果的对比,验证了仿真计算结果的正确性,同时提出了等效起动转矩的新概念.
The special characteristics of Low-speed Axial Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(Ls-A-Pmsm) lead to the fact that its starting process is different from common permanent magnet synchronous motor.To compare the simulation of the actual starting process by Li etc.,which based on the characteristic curve of torque-speed or time calculated by 3D-FEM,and with the simplified time-stepping-FEM,the actual test for the motor's starting process using the coaxial torque test bed was executed.The comparing results validate the correctness of the simulation results.And a new concept of equivalent starting torque was proposed.
