This paper introduces the surface water source heat pump of a industrial development center,in which lake wateris used as heat source.The Cooling and heating of alloffice building is realized with the newenergy of low grade lake water.Compared with traditionalcentral air conditioning system,the surface water source heat pump has the advantage in low running cost,energy saving and emission reduction.
