以刑事诉讼构造为视角开展完善我国刑事诉讼制度研究,具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。我们要从刑事诉讼构造理论研究中汲取丰富营养,科学构建我国刑事诉讼构造,进一步完善我国刑事诉讼制度。
To research the perfection of our country＇s criminal litigation system based on the criminal litigation structure, has important theoretical value and practical significance. We should derive rich nourishment from the research of criminal litigation structure theory, to construct scientifically our country＇s criminal litigation structure, for purpose of pushing forward our country＇s criminal litigation system construction.
