摘要
聘用制人员在医院的比重逐渐加大,其发挥的作用也越来越明显,但各医院聘用制人员的薪酬管理不尽相同。本文调查分析了综合性公立大医院聘用制人员的岗位分布及薪酬,提出按岗位性质和岗位胜任力模型设计聘用制人员的薪酬,与同行探讨。
The proportion of personnel under contract in hospital is increasing and their contribution to hospital become more significant. However, the salary administration of personnel under contract in different hospitals are different. This paper studied and analyzed the post distribution and salary of personnel under contract in big general public hospitals and proposed a salary system for these personnel based on post nature and post competency.
