护士护理不良事件报告意向及影响因素分析

Study on Nurses' Report Intention of Nursing Adverse Events and its Influencing Factors

目的了解我市三甲综合医院护士护理不良事件的报告意向现状,并探讨其影响因素。方法采用整群抽样的方法,对我市4所三甲医院共1230名护士进行问卷调查。问卷包括:(1)基本社会人口学资料;(2)护理不良事件报告意向问卷;(3)护士对护理不良事件报告的认知调查。结果 (1)不同人口社会学特征护士对护理不良事件的认知及报告意向有显著差异;(2)相关分析结果显示护士对护理不良事件的认知与报告意向呈显著正相关;(3)多因素回归分析结果显示职称和护士对护理不良事件的认知是护理不良事件报告意向的预测因子。结论完善相关制度,对瞒报不良事件的高发护士群体进行针对性地职业培训,提高护理不良事件的报告率。

Objective To learn nurses＇ report intention of nursing adverse events and explore its influencing factors. Methods A sample of 1230 nurses of four tertiary general hospitals in our city was included in this survey. The questionnaire involved basic social demographic information, the questionnaire of nurses＇ report intention of nursing adverse event and their awareness of report intention of nursing adverse event. Results 1） The nurses＇ report intention of nursing adverse event was significantly different according to their sociological and demographic characteristics. 2） There was a significant（P0.05） positive correlation between the nurses＇ awareness of nursing adverse event and their report intention; 3） Multiple linear regression showed that nurses＇ professional titles and their awareness of nursing adverse events are predicting factors of their report intention. Conclusion Complete reporting system and train the nurses who are more intent to conceal nursing adverse events to increase the report rate of nursing adverse events.
