摘要
为适应新的医疗卫生体制改革需要,探索基层综合医院护理人员绩效奖金分配新模式,建立以岗位绩效为主要分配要素,并结合科室工作量和工作质量的分配制度,实现绩效分配向高风险、高技术含量、临床一线岗位、值夜班护士倾斜,充分调动护理人员的工作积极性和主动性,稳定护理队伍,提升护理管理水平,促进医院护理工作持续健康发展。
In order to adapt to health system reform and explore new pattern of bonus allocation for nurses in grass-root general hospitals, an allocation system focusing on position performance, department workload and quality needs to be established so as to award clinical nurses who are of high professional risks, high technology and always on night duty. In this way, nurses' working enthusiasm and initiative could be motivated and their team could be stabilized, which would improve nursing management and promote healthy development of hospitals' nursing service.
