摘要
过流保护电路是参照GB3836.4-2010和MT/T408-1995标准,采用高边电流检测技术,加以电流限定值设定和延时开通技术实现电路短路保护。经理论分析、计算和实际短路实验测试,本产品可有效抑制短路火花能量,从而可广泛应用于煤矿本质安全电源等领域。本过流保护电路具有电路简单,响应速度快,自恢复和低功耗等优点。
According to the Reference GB3836. 4-2010 and MT /T408-1995 standard,over-current protection circuit is designed. The high-side current detection technology assisting with current limit setting and delay opening technology was applied to realize the short-circuit protection. The over-current protection circuit has several advantages,such as simple circuit,fast response speed,self-recovery and low power consumption. The results of short-circuit experiment show that this product can suppress the shorted spark energy effectively. It can be widely used in the intrinsical safety and the power supply of coal mine.
