摘要
升力型垂直轴风力发电机的风能利用率低以及自启动性能差等问题影响着它的应用和发展,针对上述问题,采用变桨距控制方法,并且设计了一套风机独立变桨机构,通过对H型垂直轴风机变桨距的数学建模和机构设计进行了分析与研究。在理论分析上,对风机静止时和旋转时的受力分析分别得出了静止时的变桨结论和旋转时的变桨算法;在机构设计上,采用了独立变桨机构,利用伺服电机带动蜗轮蜗杆减速机,达到精确简便的目的。
The low wind energy utilization and the poor self-start performance affect the application and development of lift-type vertical axis wind turbine. Aiming at the above problem,a turbine independent agency pitch was designed by using pitch control method,which was analyzed and studied through mathematical modeling and mechanical design of H-type vertical axis wind turbine pitch. The conclusions of fan stationary rotation and pitch algorithm when rotating at rest were drawn through stress analysis based on above theoretical analysis. The independent pitch mechanism was adopted in mechanism design,and worm reducer was driven by servo motor both can help achieve the purpose of accuracy and convenience.
