摘要
采用瞬间冲压模型的方法,求得具有一定原始挠度的大直径棒材刚好矫直所需的弯曲挠度,将其结合大直径棒材二辊矫直过程进行理论分析,得出一种合理的辊形设计方法,该结果可以为理论研究及实际生产提供指导。
The required bending deflection can be obtained by using the model of instant stamping,which can get large-diameter bars that have original straightened deflection. With combination of the two-roll straightening process of large-diameter bars,a reasonable roll-shaped design on the basic of theory analysis can be got. The conclusion can provide guide for theoretical study and practical production.
