糖化血红蛋白联合尿微量清蛋白检测在糖尿病肾病患者中的临床价值

Diagnostic value of glycosylated hemoglobin and mALB in patients with diabetic nephropathy

目的探究糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)联合尿微量清蛋白(mALB)检测对糖尿病肾病的诊断价值。方法选取2010年4月至2012年12月扬州洪泉医院内分泌科收治的88例糖尿病肾病患者为研究组;选取同期健康体检人群100例为对照组。抽取两组研究对象静脉血进行全自动生化分析仪检测,记录HbA1c和尿-mALB水平。结果研究组HbA1c和尿mALB分别为(7.4±1.0)%、(53.5±12.9)mg/L,对照组分别为(4.6±0.8)%、(8.8±1.2)mg/L,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同程度的HbA1c所对应的尿mALB水平之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且随着HbA1c水平的升高,尿mALB也随之升高。结论 HbA1c联合尿mALB在辅助糖尿病肾病诊断方面具有一定的参考价值。

Objective To explore the glycosylated hemoglobin （HbA1c） and U-mALB in diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy .Methods A total of 88 patients with diabetic nephropathy were selected into the study group from A-pril 2010 to December 2012 ,100 healthy people were selected into control goup .The levels of HbA1c and U-mALB were detected in the two groups and compared .Results The levels of HbA1c and U-mALB were in the study group were （7 .4 ＆#177; 1）% ,（53 .5 ＆#177; 12 .9） mg/L ,those in the control group were （4 .6 ＆#177; 0 .8）% ,（8 .8 ＆#177; 1 .2）mg/L ,the differ-ences between the two groups were statistically significant （P〈0 .05） .There were significant differences on the level of U-mALB between groups had different degrees of HbA1c （P〈0 .05） ,and as the level of HbA1celevated ,the level of U-mALB increased .Conclusion The combine detection of glycosylated hemoglobin and U-mALB has a certain ref-erence value in diagnosis for diabetic nephropathy .
