摘要
构建以就业为导向的校企合作人才培养模式是发展高职教育、提升高职人才培养质量和学生就业率的必然趋势。本文以高职材料工程技术专业为例,探讨"四双"人才培养模式的内涵,提出双师教学团队的培养方式,创新"立体化"能力递进式的实训平台群构建模式。在高职教育校企合作人才培养模式方面进行有益的探索和实践。
The employment-oriented school-enterprise cooperation educational mode is the inexorable trend of higher vocational education to improve its teaching quality and the student employment rate. The＂Four-double＂ educational mode of Materials Engineering Technology is investigated. Training methods of＂Double-qualified＂ teaching team is proposed and the four-phase three-dimensional training platform group is built.
