在新农合的实施过程中,存在补偿范围的确定、补偿水平高低,医疗中的道德风险等问题,直接影响新农合保障水平的进一步提高。通过建立新农合主体利益关系模型,分析各利益主体的利益角逐行为对新农合的影响,促进新农保的进一步完善。

In the implementation of new rural cooperative, there are many problems such as the scope determination of compensation, the compensation level and moral hazard in medical treatment and so on. They will affect directly the improvement of new rural cooperative seeurlty level. Through the establishment of the model of the new rural eooperative benefit subjects, the influence on the new rural cooperation by the subjects＇ benefit pursuing has been analyzed to improve the new rural cooperation.
