基于长效机制建构的大学生村官生存状况的调查研究——以江苏省大学生村官生存状况为例

Investigation and Research of the Living condition of the College-graduate Village Officials Based on the Approaching Persistently Effective Mechanism——Take Jiangsu Province as an Example

大学生村官制度是解决大学生就业的重要措施,大学生村官在服务地区的生存状况对村官政策长效机制的发挥有着重要的影响。通过实证研究发现:大学生村官的服务地区为乡镇政府机关,处于权力核心的边缘地带;村官收入的地区差异较大,影响大学生村官工作满意度的因素主要是大学生村官个人的成就感及获得的支持程度;未来的发展出路是大学生村官关注的重点。为大学生村官提供公务员考取、扎根基层以及创业方面的制度政策支持是构建大学生村官长效机制的关键点。

The mechanism of the college：graduate village is the important measure for solving the problem of the universities obtaining employment. The situation of the college-graduate village officials has an important influenee for approaching the mechanism of the persistently effective. The investigation which reveals the college-graduate officials shows that they are located in the margin of center right of the serving distriet. There are different varieties among the serving districts of the college-graduate officials. The factors which decide the satisfaction of the college-graduate officials include gaining the achievement in the work and supporting from the government, and the path of the career development is the most concern. The keys of approaching persistently effective mechanism include drawing up the strategy for gaining the chance as the public servant and making policies preference for those who are willing to service the village and those who are ready to undertake the innovation in the serving.
