“院中园、园中院”——高职动漫人才培养模式研究与实践

“A Garden in a College,a College in a Garden”——The Research and Practice of Animation Talent Training Mode in Vocational Colleges

结合动漫设计与制作专业教学改革实践,把动漫园中的企业人才引入动漫学院,共建动漫工作室,创办"院中园";把动漫学院的课堂搬进动漫产业园中的企业,建设校外实践教育中心,创办"园中院";在实践活动过程中相互融合,密不可分,通过产学研项目合作开发进行产教融合,达到学生、学校、企业三赢的目的。

Combined with professional teaching reform practice of animation design and production, the animation tal- ents in enterprise are introduced to animation college, and the animation studio has been buih up to achieve the coop- eration of college and enterprise. The animation classroom is moved into the animation industrial park to construct off campus education center. College and enterprise cooperate in the practice and both of them as well as students benefit through the integration of production and teaching by the research projection of cooperation.
