The View of Famous TCM Doctor-MA Rou on Inheritance of TCM

麻柔老师认为,名老中医是一个时期中医药学术水平和临床疗效的主要体现者、继承者和发扬者,是中医药事业的宝贵财富。传承名老中医的学术思想,加速培养当代名医,已经成为中医药事业发展的迫切需要。麻柔老师提出中医传承人才需要具备的4点具体要求:(1)熟读经典,夯实基础;(2)勤求博采,兼容并包;(3)术有专攻,拜谒名师;(4)临证体会,学以致用。

Professor MA Rou considered that the old, famous TCM doctor can reflect the academic level and clinical efficacy of a period, can inherit and promote the development of TCM. We have to inherit Chinese medicine academical theory, cultivate a crop of famous doctor, to promote the development of TCM. Professor MA Rou submitted 4 demands that all the Traditional Chinese Medicine Talents must possess. （1） Should be familiar with the classic, and have solid rationale; （2） Study hard and all-inclusived; （3） Have their own specialized direction and learn from famous teacher; （4） Know how to apply the knowledge to solve practical clinical problems.
