降脂消斑片对鹌鹑动脉粥样硬化模型血脂的影响

Effects of Jiang Zhi Xiao Ban Pill on Regulation of Blood Lipid in Quails with Atherosclerosis Model

目的:观察降脂消斑片对鹌鹑动脉粥样硬化(AS)模型血脂的影响。方法:采用单纯高脂饲料喂养方法复制鹌鹑AS模型。分别给予降脂消斑片高、中、低剂量及阳性对照药物辛伐他汀片、脂降宁片治疗,观察其对血脂的影响。结果:降脂消斑片能明显降低高胆固醇饮食鹌鹑血清TC、TG及LDL-C含量,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),并可升高血清Apo-A,降低血清Apo-B含量,提高Apo-A/Apo-B比值,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:降脂消斑片具有较强调节血脂作用。

Objective： To observe the effects of Jiang Zhi Xiao Ban Pill（JZXBP） on regulation of blood lipid in quails with atherosclerosis （AS） model. Methods： Pure high cholesterol diet was applied to replicate models of AS in quails, which were re- spectively given high, middle and low dose of JZXBP, as well as the positive control drugs Simvastatin Tablets and Jiangzhining tablet,. The levels of plasma total cholesterol（TC）, triglyceride（TG）, low density lipoprotein-cholesterol （LDL-C）, high density lipoprotein-cholesterol （HDL-C）, apolipoprotein A（Apo-A） and apolipoprotein B （Apo-B） were observed. Results： JZXBP remarkably decreased the level of serum TC,TG,LDL-C,Apo-B（P〈0.05）, and increased the level of serum Apo-A and Apo-A/ Apo-B （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： JZXBP could play a stronger role in regulating blood lipid.
