喘可治注射液辅助治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Chuankezhi Injection on acute exacerbation of COPD

目的:研究喘可治注射液辅助治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)急性加重期的疗效,为COPD急性加重期的有效治疗提供依据。方法:将78例COPD急性加重期患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各39例,分别研究两组患者治疗前后肺功能和动脉血气分析指数、运动耐量及血清IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α细胞因子的含量,并对其临床疗效进行比较。结果:两组患者运动耐量治疗后较治疗前治疗效果明显(P<0.05),但两组治疗后运动耐量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组在改善肺功能和动脉血气分析方面有很好的疗效,效果显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组血清IL-6水平显著优于对照组(P<0.01),IL-8和TNF-α水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:喘可治注射液辅助治疗COPD急性加重期疗效明显优于对照组,中医温阳补肾法对改善肺功能具有很好的临床疗效。

Objective： To investigate the curative effect of Chuankezhi Injection on acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） and provide a basis for effective treatment. Methods： The 78 cases were randomly divided into treat- ment group and control group, 39 cases in each. Study the change of the lung function, arterial blood gas partial pressure index, exercise tolerance and serum IL-6, L-8 and TNF-α levels of cytokines before and after treatment, and observe the clinical efficacy. Results： Exercise tolerance were improved in the two groups after examination（P〈0.05）, but there was no significant difference（P〉0.05）. Effect of the lung function and arterial blood gas partial pressure index of experimental group was significantly better than control group（P〈0.05）. The serum IL-6 level of treatment group was significantly better than the control group after the treatment（P〈0.01）, and IL-8,TNF-α level was better than control group（P〈0.05）.The clinical effect of Chuankezhi Injection in the treatment of acute exacerbation of COPD has actual efficacy. The therapy of Warming Yang and tonifying kidney can effectively improve lung function.
