中药倒模联合面部护理治疗痤疮的疗效观察

Effects of Chinese Reverse Mold Combined with Facial Care on Acne

目的:探讨针对痤疮使用中药倒模联合面部护理治疗的临床效果以及安全性。方法:选取2012年12月至2014年1月80例痤疮患者,按随机数字表分为常规组和治疗组,各40例,常规组患者使用复方氯霉素洗剂外抹治疗,治疗组患者使用痤疮洗剂倒模联合面膜治疗,两组患者均维持治疗28d,对比两组患者治疗效果及安全性。结果:治疗组痊愈15例,显效14例,有效6例,治疗有效率为87.50%,明显高于常规组67.50%,对比差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.339,P=0.026);常规组发生烧灼感、红斑、轻度脱屑共4例不良反应,发生率10.00%,治疗组发生2例,发生率5.00%,两组对比差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.343,P=0.194)。结论:针对痤疮使用中药倒模联合面部护理治疗的临床效果显著确切,且安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effects and safety of Chinese Reverse Mold Combined with Facial Care. Methods： The 80 cases were randomly divided into conventional group and treatment group, 40 cases in each. Conventional group was treated with compound chloramphenicol lotion coated, while the treatment group was given ache lotion pourmask combing face mask. After the 28days of treatment, the clinical effect and safety were observed. Results： The efficiency of treatment group is 87.50%, significantly higher than that of conventional group67.50% （X2=9.339,P=0.026）. 4 cases in the conventional group occurred adverse reactions, including burning sensation, erythema and mild scaling, the incidence was 10%, while the incidence of the other group is 5.00%, 2 cases suffered ADR. There is no significance between the 2 groups（x2=1.343, P=0.194）.Conclusion： Chinese Reverse Mold Combined with Facial Care is effective and safe.
