社会科学的三体价值结构与评价规范建构

The Construction of Three-body Value Structure and Evaluation Norms in Social Science

社会科学价值所表征的是其同社会之间相互支持和满足的效用关系,它具有作为价值主体的学术价值、作为价值客体的社会价值以及作为专业共同体的价值文化,由此构成了社会科学的主体价值、客体价值、共同体价值文化这相互支持和协同的"三体"价值结构形态。为了规范学术秩序和防范学术失范,促进社会科学事业健康持续发展,应当完整准确地认识和把握社会科学"三体"价值的本质规定、结构构成、基本关系和内涵要求,并在此基础上构建相应合理的评价制度规范、评价标准规范和评价技术规范这三维评价规范体系。

The value of the social science is characterized with utility relationship with mutual support and satisfaction between the society, which has the academic value as the subject of value, social value as the object of value and value culture as the professional community, and constitutes the three-body value structure form of the subject value,the object value, and the community value culture of social science. In order to standardize the academic order, prevent academic anomie, and promote the healthy and sustainable development of social science, we should completely and accurately understand and grasp the three-body value structure constitution, the basic relationships and connotation requirements of social science, and on this basis build the three-dimensional evaluation norms system of the corresponding reasonable evaluation system norms, evaluation standards norms, and evaluation technology norms.
