摘要
目的调查幽门螺杆菌感染致消化性溃疡患者健康素养与健康行为状况,了解两者之间的关系。方法于2014年1-2月间,对200例门诊及住院的消化性溃疡幽门螺杆菌阳性患者采用中国公民健康素养调查问卷和健康行为量表(HPL)进行调查,所有结果均输入SPSS16.0统计软件进行处理分析。结果幽门螺杆菌感染致消化性溃疡患者健康素养调查问卷总分评分为(74.74±8.35)分,其中,健康信念维度得分为(21.57±2.41)分,健康行为维度得分为(10.60±2.15)分,健康技能维度得分为(9.12±2.06)分,健康知识维度得分为(34.49±5.26)分。HPL总分评分为(97.56±17.38)分,低等水平者占7.0%,中等水平者占83.0%,高等水平者占10.0%。相关分析显示,健康素养与健康行为量表得分值存在高度正相关性(r=0.268~0.435,P〈0.05,或P〈0.01)。结论幽门螺杆菌感染致消化性溃疡患者健康素养和健康行为不佳,培养良好的健康素养不仅有助于改善健康行为,而且更利于疾病康复。
Objectives To study the level of health literacy and health behavior of patients with a peptic ulcer caused by Helicobacter pylori and to ascertain the relationship between health literacy and health behavior and development of a peptic ulcer. Methods In January and February 2014,200 patients with a peptic ulcer caused by H.pylori were surveyed using the Chinese National Health Literacy Questionnaire and the Health-promoting Lifestyle Profile(HPLP).Results were processed and analyzed using SPSS ver.16.0.Results Patients with a peptic ulcer caused by H.pylori had a total score of 74.74±8.35 on the Chinese National Health Literacy Questionnaire,a score of 21.57±2.41 for Health-related Attitudes,a score of 10.60±2.15 for Health Behaviors,a score of 9.12±2.06 for Health-promoting Skills,and a score of 34.49±5.26 for Health Knowledge.Patients with a peptic ulcer caused by H.pylori had a total score of 97.56±17.38 on the HPLP.Seven percent of the patients engaged in few health behaviors,83.0% of patients engaged in moderate health behaviors,and 10%engaged in numerous health behaviors.Correlation analysis revealed there strong correlation between health literacy and health behavior(r=0.268-0.435,P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). ConclusionPatients with a peptic ulcer caused by H.pylori had a low level of health literacy and engaged in few health behaviors.Fostering better health literacy is conducive to increasing health behaviors and also facilitates recovery from an illness.
