多糖抗乙肝病毒作用的研究进展

Advances in study of the anti-hepatitis B action of polysaccharides

多糖类物质具有多种生物学活性,近年国内研究发现多种不同来源的抗乙肝病毒活性多糖。多糖作为来源丰富、天然低毒、安全有效的抗HBV药物具有良好应用前景,值得更加深入的研究。本文综述了多糖物质的种类、抗乙肝病毒的机制及临床应用现状。

Polysaccharides have numerous biological actions.Over the past recent years,Chinese studies have reported discovery of different polysaccharides with anti-hepatitis B action.Numerous studies have indicated that polysaccharides could inhibit the copying of HBV DNA and the secretion of HBsAg and HBeAg in vivo and vitro.In addition,polysaccharides have immunomodulatory action and can also improve liver function in HBV infection.Polysaccharides offer promise as anti-HBV drugs because of their low toxicity and effectiveness,so they warrant further study.This review summarizes the types of polysaccharides,the mechanisms of their antiviral activity,and their clinical use.
