转型发展背景下新建本科院校办学定位的思考与发展探索——以贺州学院为例

转型发展背景下新建本科院校面临新的机遇和挑战,明确办学定位直接关系到新建本科院校的生存和发展,但是当前新建本科院校在办学定位上存在诸多问题,文章以贺州学院为例,分析了转型发展背景下新建本科院校必须顺应高等教育发展的新形势,科学定位,不断推进向应用技术型高校转型发展。

In the background of educational transformation and development, newly-built colleges and universities is facing new opportunities and challenges. Clear school-running orientation is directly related to the survival and development of newly-built colleges and universities. The article analyzes the main problems of the school-running orientation that exist in newly-built colleges and universities. Taking Hezhou university as an example, the article analyzes the new situation and scientific position that must adapt itself to the development of higher education in this background. And it has determined the managerial guiding ideology conducive to the development of schools to promote the sustainable development of the university.
