师范生教学实践能力培养的全程化探索——以广西师范大学历史学专业为例 被引量:4

摘要 长期以来,对师范生教学实践能力的培养,许多师范院校只是安排大四上学期一次性教学实习,学生平时很少有参与教学实践的机会,这不利于师范生教学实践能力的形成。对此,广西师范大学历史学专业对师范生教学实践能力的培养进行认真探索,采取了一系列措施,从大一到大四,一抓到底。始终把师范生教学实践能力的培养贯穿于整个师范教育的全过程,有力地促进了师范生教学实践能力的培养。 In the long run, a great many normal universities solely arrange the first semester for senior students to have one- time teaching practice, in order to cultivate teaching practice ability of normal students. Students seldom have access to the participation of teaching practice, which is not advantageous to the formation of teaching practice ability for normal students. In this regard, major in history of Guangxi Normal University have a deeper research to the foster of teaching practice ability of normal students, taking a serious of measures from freshman to senior, one to the end. We should always put the cultivation of teaching practice ability throughout the whole normal teaching process, effectively promoting the cultivation of teaching practice ability of normal students.
