全日制社会工作专业硕士培养模式的探索——以重庆大学社会工作专业硕士为例

Research on Training Mode of the Full-time Master of Social Work:A Case Study of Master of Social Work in Chongqing University

目前,我国正在进行的政府职能转变、城市化进程加速、社会管理体制改革为我国社会工作发展提供了广阔的发展空间。众多高校顺应社会发展需要,纷纷开办社会工作专业,培养社会工作专业硕士学位研究生,以期为我国的社会发展提供优质高水平专门人才。然而,社会工作专业硕士学位教育的现状与我国新时代的发展需求存在较大差距。本文拟结合当前重庆大学社会工作专业硕士的培养模式,分析社会工作专业硕士学位教育面临的挑战,并提出相应的对策建议。

At present, the ongoing transformation of government functions, accelerated process of urbanization, reform of social management system in China provide a broad space for development of social work. Many colleges and universities adapt to the needs of social development, establish such specialty to cultivate graduate students majored in master of social work （ MSW）, so as to provide quality special talents for our social development. However, there is a wide gap between the present situation of master of social work education and developmental needs of new era. This article analyzes the challenges confronting MSW education based on the education mode of MSW in Chongqing University, and proposes corresponding measures and suggestions.
