介绍岸桥在线监测与诊断系统的基本构成和解决方案,并通过设备振动监测与故障诊断技术在岸桥主机构上的实施应用,说明该系统在保证港口机械安全运行、降低维修成本、提高港口设备管理水平等方面取得显著成果。
The system of online monitor and fault diagnosis for main mechanism of quay crane is discussed. Through the equipment vibration monitoring and fault diagnosis technology in the implementation of the application of quay crane on the host structure, some advantages are presented such as keeping safety assurance, reducing cost and improving management.
