尼泊尔缓冲区保护管理规划实践研究与借鉴

Study and Reference on the Protection and Management Planning in Buffer Zone of Protected Areas in Nepal

目前,保护地体系作为保护自然资源和抵制环境污染的重要手段已受到广泛关注,而缓冲区为保护地提供了良好的生态缓冲和社区利益补偿,是保护地保护管理的有力手段。本文介绍了尼泊尔保护地缓冲区的建立背景和现状,并从8个方面对其保护管理规划特征进行了研究。此外,参照我国国家级风景名胜区的缓冲区现状与问题,文章提出了几点建议。

Currently, protected area system as an efficient tool for protecting natural resources and relieving environmental pollution had received extensive attention. Buffer zone can provide ecological buffer and communities＇ compensation which is significant for protected areas. The paper introduces the emerging background and basic situation in buffer zone of protected areas in Nepal and studies the main characteristics of the protection and management planning. Referring to the existing situations and problems of buffer zone in China, the paper puts forward several suggestions.
