摘要
由于港口工程施工期事故资料的缺乏以及风险因素的不确定性、复杂性都增加了风险分析和控制的难度,提出了港口工程施工期全过程风险分析与控制思路和方法,建立了基于监测数据的施工动态风险评估体系,充分考虑港口工程自身监测项目的特点,针对性地提出了相应的风险修正系数的计算方法,得出用于风险等级评定的风险预警值的确定方法,提出相应的风险因素动态控制措施,并应用到工程实例中,证实切实可行。
The paper puts forward the thinking and method of risking analysis and control in overall process during the construction period of port engineering,and sets up the assessment system of dynamic risks in construction based on monitoring data. It gives full consideration of the characteristics of monitoring projects of port engineering,so as to come up with corresponding calculating methods of risks correction factor,confirm the risks prewarning value used to rating the levels of risks,make the correspondingly dynamic measures of controlling risking elements,and applied to real engineering projects to prove its feasibility.
