摘要 通过选取3种不同的同步碎石级配,在沥青混凝土板上撒铺同步碎石,然后再加铺沥青混凝土得到3块不同的双层板。钻取芯样测得层间抗剪强度与抗拉强度,发现含有一定比例粗集料与细集料的级配3具有最大的抗剪强度与较大的抗拉强度,抗剪强度比采用单粒径的级配1与级配2分别高了9.9%和4.1%;抗拉强度比级配1低,但比级配2高了7.4%。通过层间抗剪强度与抗拉强度来评价同步碎石所用的级配,并分析得出同步碎石联结层强度的影响因素,发现采用含有一定比例粗细集料的级配具有较好的效果,在同步碎石设计中具有重要的意义。 In this paper,by choose three different gradations,aggregates spread out on the asphalt concrete board,paving asphalt concrete and then get three different double-layer asphalt concrete board. Measured the interlaminar shear strength and tensile strength of the samples,and found that the gradation 3 which contains a certain percentage of coarse aggregate and fine aggregate has the maximum shear strength and bigger tensile strength. Shear strength is higher than gradation 1 and 2 by 9. 9% and4. 1%,respectively; Tensile strength is lower than gradation 1,but is higher than gradation 2 by 7. 4%.Adopt shear strength and tensile strength to evaluate the gradation and analysis the factors affecting synchronous pavement's strength. We concluded that adopt a gradation contains a certain percentage of coarse aggregate and fine has a better performance,and this has a big significance in synchronous pavement design.
