厂拌乳化沥青冷再生混合料设计方法研究 被引量:3

摘要 沥青路面回收材料(RAP)资源化再利用是当前我国道路建设面临的重要问题。厂拌冷再生以其节能减排、混合料性能稳定等特有优势而倍受青睐。提出修正的Superpave体积设计法(MSVMD)用于乳化沥青冷再生混合料设计,不仅弥补了修正的马歇尔设计法的不足,而且具有操作简单,易于掌握的特点,在市政道路工程中应用取得很好的效果。 Reclaimed asphalt pavement materials being resourced and reused is an important problem facing the currently road construction in our country. Cold In-Plant admixtures with its energy conservation emissions reduction and other unique advantages,has becoming popularity. Modified Superpave volumetric mix design proposed in this paper and used in emulsified asphalt cold mix design,has made up for the deficiency of modified Marshall mix design. Its characteristics are simple to operate and easy to master. After application to the municipal road engineering,it has obtained good effect.
