摘要
采用桥梁预应力管道压浆密实度无损检测仪,利用基于弹性波的多种检测方法,分别对使用多参数智能压浆和循环智能压浆的预应力管道进行检测。现场检测和开窗结果表明,采用多参数智能压浆的压浆质量为1级,压浆密实;循环智能压浆的压浆质量有的为2至3级,存在局部压浆不密实,多参数智能压浆明显优于循环智能压浆施工质量;该检测设备能够有效检测出预应力管道压浆不密实区域的位置,确保预应力管道压浆密实。
The prestressed concrete box girder that grouting used the multi-parameter intellective grouting method and Circulatory intelligent grouting method is tested by the ZQ2000,based on the elastic wave detection methods. Field test results showed that: the grouting quaity of pre-stressed pipes by the multi-parameter intellective grouting method is level 1,the grouting quaity of some pre-stressed pipes by Circulatory intelligent grouting is level 2or 3,the multi-parameter intellective grouting method better than Circulatory intelligent grouting. The prestressed pipeline grouting detector( ZQ2000) can effectively detect the prestressed pipeline grouting discontinuity area,ensures the grouting quaity of the prestressed pipes.
