摘要
以一质量达400 t的特重车通过预应力混凝土空心板梁桥项目为背景,通过现场对桥梁检测、静载试验,评估了桥梁的整体强度和刚度。结合试验结果,运用桥梁专用有限元分析软件分别建立梁体模型及盖梁墩柱模型进行结构承载能力验算,并参考现有文献对空心板铰缝抗剪强度进行相应验算。综合桥梁现状及有限元验算结果,对空心板梁桥提出安全评定结论,确保了特重车安全通过桥梁。
Based on the project of an overweight vehicle weighed 400 t crossed prestressed concrete hollow plate girder bridge,the overall stiffness and strength of the bridge was evaluated by static load test on site. Combine with the result of static load test,the bearing capacity of the bridge was checked by using the established girder model,bent cap model and pier model with bridge finite element calculation. The shear strength of hollow plate hinge joint was checked by referring to the existing literature. The safety evaluation conclusion was put forward on the basis of bridge status and finite element calculation which ensured the overweight vehicle to cross hollow plate girder bridge safety.
