水泥稳定复合再生混合料路用性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对旧混凝土再利用问题提出采用天然集料取代9.5 mm以下的再生骨料,然后与大于9.5 mm再生骨料进行复合设计得到的水泥稳定类基层材料。通过抗压、劈裂、弯拉试验评定材料力学性能,采用抗冻性和干缩性试验评定材料的耐久性能。结果表明在水泥剂量为5%时的性能优与4%水泥掺量。复合再生混合料试件标准养护28 d后,相对纯再生混合料而言,抗压强度提高38.93%,劈裂强度提高18.03%,弯拉强度则提高了45%。其抗压、劈裂、弯拉强度与天然集料混合料相差低于5.5%,这种材料不仅具有良好的力学性能和耐久性能,而且能够提高环境、经济效益。 The emphasis of this research is the reuse of old concrete. The performance of cement stabilized composite recycled mixtures which using natural aggregates recycled replaced aggregate particle size less than 9. 5 mm,then made a composite design with particle size greater than 9. 5 mm recycled aggregate. The performance of three different materials in the cement content of 5% are better than 4%.According to regulatory requirements,its performance should be test after curing 28 d. When it compared to pure recycled mixture,the compressive strength increased 38. 93%,the splitting strength increased18. 03% and bending strength is increased by 45 percentage points. The aggregates difference of compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and bending does not exceed 5. 5% when compared with natural mixture. This material not only has good mechanical properties and durability,but also has high environmental and economic benefits.
