老化对PE改性沥青混合料高温性能的影响 被引量:12

摘要 以AH—70沥青为基质沥青,选用PE为改性剂制备改性沥青混合料,考察了老化对PE改性沥青混合料高温性能的影响,并采用了车辙试验、静态蠕变试验和动态蠕变试验,分析了老化对PE改性沥青混合料动稳定度、劲度模量、永久变形量及流变次数的影响。试验结果表明,PE改性沥青混合料在老化后,其高温稳定性得到了提高,车辙试验反映沥青混合料的变形主要集中在短期老化阶段。老化后的沥青混合料劲度模量增大,其永久变形量降低、流变次数增大。 Taking AH—70 asphalt as base asphalt,the modified asphalt mixture was prepared by polyethylene( PE),The high temperature performance of PE modified asphalt mixture were studied according to wheel rutting test,the static creep test and dynamic creep test,in this study,the influence of aging on the dynamic stability,stiffness modulus,permanent deformation and flow number were researched. The results show that the high temperature performance of PE modified asphalt mixture were improved when aged. Rutting test reflects the deformation of asphalt mixture focused on the short term aging stage,and the aging influenced the stiffness modulus,and flow number,while decreased the permanent deformation.
