端粒和端粒酶与癌症发生和治疗的关系研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 端粒是稳定线性染色体末端的特殊结构,端粒酶可修复细胞分裂过程中不断丢失的DNA末端端粒序列,它们与癌症的发生和治疗有重要关系,因此端粒和端粒酶成为了生物学和医学研究的热点,本文综述了端粒与端粒酶在正常组织中的结构与作用以及与细胞衰老和癌症的关系.
