以党的十一届三中全会为标志,我国进入改革开放和社会主义现代化建设的新时期,实现了新中国党的历史上具有深远意义的伟大转折。改革开放是决定中国命运的关键一招,这一认识深刻揭示了新时期中国发展进步的最根本动力和源泉。未来中国的健康发展,仍然要依靠改革开放的强劲动力。紧紧抓住中国特色社会主义这条主线,我们就能更加准确地把握改革开放30多年来历史发展的本质。只有把改革开放贯穿于社会主义社会发展的全过程,才是真正地坚持和发展中国特色社会主义。只有提高改革开放的科学化水平,才能聚合改革开放协调推进的正能量。

After the third Plenary Session of the 11 th National Congress of CPC, China began a new stage of reform, opening-up and building modern socialism as a great transition in the history of CPC of new China. Reform and opening-up decides the fate of China as the fountain of energy for China＇s development. The healthy development of China will depend on reform and opening-up. By following the line of socialism with Chinese characteristics, we will grasp the essence of reform and opening-up of 30 years and keep on accumulating the positive energy of reform and opening-up for improving their level of scientification.
