政治信任的域外解读——西方政治信任研究的简约综述

Overseas Interpretation of Political Trust——Literature Review of Western Political Trust Research

信任是人们在政治社会生活中无以回避的现实问题。在信任的谱系中,政治信任尤为突出。对于政治信任,域外的学者给予了热切关注,并形成了较为深入的解读。基于此,在讨论中国政治与社会发展议题时,有必要对域外研究作出应有的总结。总体上看,域外的相关研究主要集中在四个层面:提出政治信任的"元问题",即为什么要讨论政治信任问题;探讨政治信任的基本内涵,但一致性界定尚未形成;客观检视并深刻分析域外国家政治信任的现实面貌;理性检视政治信任与民主政治的关系。域外研究有其自身的阙如,因而,中国学者在展开相关问题的分析时,要有所辨识和拓展。

Trust is an unavoidable issue of people＇s political and social life. Political trust is the most outstanding of the trust genealogy, to which overseas scholars have given much attention and done a lot interpretation. It is necessary to summarize their study before the discussion about China＇s political and social development. Overseas research focuses on four areas： the ＂meta-question＂ of political trust,i.e. the reason to discuss politicaltrust; the connotation of political trust but without consensus; review and analysis of overseas political trust; review on the relationship between political trust and democratic politics.
