放牧方式对无芒隐子草叶片解剖结构特征的影响 被引量:4

摘要 对不同放牧方式下无芒隐子草的叶片解剖结构进行了研究。结果表明:无芒隐子草叶片表皮为一层细胞,叶肉细胞为短柱状,与表皮细胞垂直排列;夜间放牧和自由放牧区叶片的中脉厚度、叶片厚度和叶肉细胞面积较白天放牧区低,上下表皮细胞面积和上下角质层厚度较白天放牧区高。 The leaf anatomical structure of Cleistengenes songorica under different grazing patterns were studied. The results showed that the skin in the leaf of C. songorica had a layer of cells. Mesophyll cells were short-column, and epidermal cells were vertically arranged. The midrib thickness, blade thickness and mesophyll cell area of C. songorica in night-grazing region and free-grazing region were lower than that in day-grazing region, and the area of epidermal cells and thickness of corneous layer were higher than that in day-grazing region.
