摘要
本文在研究上海自贸区发展现状的基础上,分析上海自贸区对江苏省的经济发展存在着制度创新示范、溢出带动等方面的影响,指出江苏应该积极转变政府职能,主动对接自贸区建设,与之错位发展,并在适合的时间建设江苏自己的自贸区。
Based on researches on the development of Shanghai FTA, this paper analyzes possible impact of Shanghai FTA upon the development of Jiangsu＇s economic development. It points out that Jiangsu should actively transform the functions of the government and learn Shanghai＇s experience with a view to developing its own FTA in the future.
