Professor LIANG Bing's experience in treating chronic aplastic anemia based on local conditions

梁冰教授中医药为主辨治慢性再生障碍性贫血四十余载,历经南北区域,积累丰富经验;提出:北方从肾论治,岭南从脾论治为主的观点,分别以参芪仙补汤方与参芪四物汤方加减实施,获得佳效;总结出北方益肾为基础之初中后末期、凉平温热辨治规律;强调在补肾、健脾基础上,北方加味活血中药,岭南加味祛湿中药,有助于促进血象的恢复。

Professor LIANG Bing has engaged in TCM in treating chronic aplastic anemia for more than 40 years, from north to south, he accumulates rich experience. And he suggests that the treatment in the north is from kidney with Shenqi Xianbu Decoction and the treatment in the south is from spleen with Shenqi Siwu Decoction, which has received good efficacy. He summarizes the treating regularity of cool, mild, warm and heat in the stage of early, middle, late and end, reinforcing kidney as basic therapy in the north; he emphasizes that based on the reinforcing kidney, invigorating spleen therapy, the patients in the north should plus herbal medicine for activating the blood, and the patients in the south should plus herbal medicine for eliminating dampness, in order to improve hemogram recovery.
