益气活血解毒方加减治疗卵巢癌紫杉醇化疗后外周神经毒性临床观察

Effects of Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu formula on the ovarian cancer patients with neuropathy caused by chemotherapy containing paclitaxel

[目的]观察益气活血解毒方加减治疗卵巢癌患者经紫杉醇化疗后导致的外周神经毒性的疗效。[方法]采用治疗前后自身对照方法进行观察,符合标准的患者均予益气活血解毒方加减口服及外洗治疗。1个月后观察90例患者神经毒性的等级及周围神经的传导速度的变化。[结果]两种不同兼夹症外周神经毒性发生例数减少,治疗前后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后正中神经和腓神经的运动和感觉神经传导速度均有变化,除湿邪阻络者正中神经的感觉神经传导速度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其余治疗前后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]益气活血解毒方加减的内服和外用有改善卵巢癌患者经紫杉醇化疗后外周神经毒性的作用。

[Objective] To observe the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu formula on the ovarian cancer patients with neuropathy caused by chemotherapy containing paclitaxel.[Methods] The 90 ovarian cancer patients who met the criteria received Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu formula by mouth and soaking feet, respectively. One month later, the differences of neuropathy degree and peripheral nerve conduction velocity before anti after treatment were analyzed. [Results] The peripheral neurotoxicity occurrence of the cases of two kinds of accompanying symptoms reduced, and the differences of two kinds of accompanying symptoms were statistically significant （P〈0.01）. After treatment, the motion and sensory nerves conduction velocity of median nerve and peroneal nerve were all changed, except sensory nerve conduction velocity of the damp pathogen of the median nerve （P〉0.05）, the differences before and after treatment were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Combination of herbs of Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu formula by mouth and by soaking feet couht improve neuropathy of ovarian patients caused by chemotherapy containing paclitaxel.
