This paper mainly introduces the item identification system based on mobile terminal design and implementation issues .The system ,by through using image extraction and separation technology ,combined with computer and database related technologies can be used to process and analyze the images taken by mobile phones .and help identify the corresponding commodities ,Then ,All kinds of information about the goods can be obtained through searching ,which makes shopping convenient for consumers and assists business in releasing information ,etc .The study is excepted to bear relevant for promoting ecommerce .
