1Cr13不锈钢零件表面斑点现象分析

摘要 密封螺塞用于密封舱测试电缆的密封,由于拆装的需要,密封螺塞中的密封座和螺塞采用了有良好抗磨损的1Cr13马氏体不锈钢。在某批密封座和螺塞生产中,发现密封座和螺塞上有明显的斑点现象。分别对具有斑点的密封座和螺塞进行取样,分别进行了表面形貌分析、扫描电镜、X射线能谱分析等方式,对斑点处和无斑点处的铬含量、氧含量等成分对比,发现螺塞上的斑点处有明显的氯峰和氧峰,且微观表现为红褐色,螺塞上的斑点为腐蚀现象,而密封座上斑点通过成分、形貌等对比分析,密封座上斑点不是腐蚀现象。 Sealing plug screw has been used for sealing the test cable from the sealed cabin, due to disassembly needs, sealing pedestal and screw had been selected with 1Crl3 stainless steel with good abrasion resistance. During the production of sealing pedestal and screw, the obvious spots had been found in sealing pedestal and screw. Sampling the sealing pedestal and screw which had the spots, and surface morphology analysis, SEM analysis and X-ray spectroscopy analysis of the samples had been done. With comparison of components of chromium content and oxygen content of spot area and non spot area, chlorine peak and oxygen peak had been found obviously on spots of sealing plug, and microscopic performance of the spots on sealing plug had shown reddish brown, so the spots on sealing screw were corrosiorL And the comparison of contents and morphology had shown spots on sealing pedestal were not corrosion,and with the components analysis of spots, the spots on sealing pedestal were not the corrosion.
