汽车后排可翻转坐垫在正面高速碰撞中的优化

摘要 以某车型为研究对象,建立了后排乘员约束系统的座椅-安全带-假人有限元模型,利用显式动力学软件LSDYNA仿真分析了50km/h正面碰撞中后排女性假人的各伤害指标,实车碰撞试验验证了仿真结果的有效性,在此模型基础上提出坐垫翻转系统,以坐垫翻转角度及起始翻转时刻为优化参数,对50km/h正面碰撞、56km/h与64km/h偏置碰撞等高速碰撞类型中假人的伤害指标进行优化,坐垫翻转系统对不同碰撞形式均可改进乘员伤害指标,并得出各类型碰撞中坐垫翻转参数的最优方案。 An seat-seatbelt-dummy FE model of rear occupant restraint system was built based on a specified vehicle, and explicit dynamic software LS-DYNA was utilized to simulate and analyze injury criterion of rear-seated female dummy under 50km/h full frontal crash, and simulation outcomes were validated by comparing with signals from crashing test. A cushion rotating system was put forward on the basis of the simulation model, taking rotating angle and initial rotating time as the optimization parameters, and cushion rotating system improved dummy's injury criterion, also optimum rotating matches had been found by investigating dummy's injury criterion under various types of high speed crashes including 50km/h full frontal, 56km/h and 64km/h frontal offset impact.
